Meeting & Study Rooms

"Meeting Rooms"

RCLS libraries serve the community through dynamic collections, engaging programs and by providing meeting spaces for the community to gather. Community Rooms are available for non-profit organizations to rent, free of charge up to two hours, and $25 per hour after. For-profit or private groups can rent meeting rooms for $25 per hour. Study Rooms are available at no cost to the community, on a first-come basis with no advanced reservations.

Meeting Rooms
Many library locations offer at least one large community meeting room that can be reserved. Please contact your local branch for room availability.

Study Rooms
Most library locations have multiple smaller study rooms, holding 2–10 people that are great for tutoring or study sessions. These rooms are only available during library open hours. Study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
